New client, Nick, contacted ACS to discuss installing air conditioning in his master bedroom. Based in Charles Street, Mayfair, like many apartments in London, Nick, was unable to install an air conditioning system with an external condenser. This is commonly due to space and planning permission restrictions. Nick contacted us to discuss an alternative air conditioning system to cool this room. We worked with Nick in trying to find the best solution to meet his requirements.
An initial survey revealed that a water cooled internal condenser was the best solution for Nick. Water cooled air conditioning units offer a great range of benefits. Firstly, they produce little noise output and feature WiFi control. Secondly, the installation team conceal the condenser box in a hidden space within the property. As a result, you don’t need to compromise on the visual appearance of the interior or exterior of your home.
